At Zizi Jewelry, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. Please carefully read the following terms and conditions of our return policy:
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for eligible items. Upon approval we may request to see photos of products to ensure items are in great condition.
Condition of Items: To be eligible for a return, the items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all original tags and packaging intact. Any items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration may not be accepted for return.
Non-Returnable Items: The following items are not eligible for return:
- Custom-made or personalized jewelry.
- Items purchased on sale.
- Jewelry that has been resized, modified, or altered at the customer's request.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to return the item(s).
Please ensure that the item(s) are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. We recommend using the original packaging if available.
You are responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method with insurance to ensure the safe delivery of the item(s).
3. Inspection and Refund:
Once we receive the returned item(s), our team will inspect them to verify their condition and eligibility for a refund.
If the returned item(s) meet our return policy conditions, we will process the refund within 7 business days to the original payment method.
The refund will exclude any original shipping charges. Please note that any customs duties, taxes, or fees paid at the time of delivery are non-refundable.
4. Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team immediately, providing photos of the item(s) and packaging. We will assist you in resolving the issue promptly.
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for a different one, please initiate a return following our return policy and place a new order for the desired item.
