Refund policy


At Zizi Jewelry, we want you to love every piece you purchase. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, please see options below for how we can make it better:

Returns

  • Eligibility: Items may be returned within 21 days of delivery for store credit, exchange, or refund.

  • Condition: Returned items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging. Any item showing signs of wear, alteration, or damage will not be accepted.

  • Non-Returnable Items:

    • Custom or personalized jewelry

    • Final sale items

    • Gift cards

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection.

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 14 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you received free shipping, the original shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges

  • If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please contact us within 7 days. Exchange Items must be of the same or lesser value.

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at info@zizijewelry.com with photos of the issue. We’ll make it right at no additional cost.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your return.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at info@zizijewelry.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We’ll provide detailed instructions for sending your item back.

European Union 14 day cooling off period

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 15 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit company to process and post the refund too. If more than 14 business days have passed since we've approved your return, please contact us at info@zizijewelry.com
