At Zizi Jewelry, every piece is carefully packaged and shipped with love. Below you’ll find details on how we handle shipping so you know exactly what to expect.

Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Custom orders may take longer and will be duly communicated.

  • During new collection launches, sales, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping (U.S.): 2–4 business days

  • International Shipping: 7–21 business days (depending on destination and customs)

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Free Shipping

  • We offer free standard shipping on U.S. orders over $90.
  • We offer free standard shipping on international orders over $150.
  • Free shipping promotions will be clearly stated on our website when available.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

  • International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes applied by their country.

  • Zizi Jewelry is not responsible for delays due to customs.

Lost or Stolen Packages

  • Once an order has been marked as “delivered” by the carrier, Zizi Jewelry is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

  • If your package is lost in transit, please contact us at info@zizijewelry.com  and we will do our best to assist.

Address Accuracy

  • Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed. Incorrect addresses may result in delays or non-delivery.


Note: Because many of our pieces are made in house, in small batches, we recommend ordering ahead of special occasions to ensure timely delivery.
