For all domestic orders, we offer standard shipping (3-7 business days), Priority mail (2-5 business days) and express shipping (1-3 business days).

Local pickups and delivery are available for orders in and around Houston Tx. 

For all worldwide shipping we offer standard Shipping (7-14 business days), and express shipping (7-10 business days). Please be advised that all international shipments may be subject to VAT.

You have 14 business days from delivery date to return an item. Items must be in perfect condition, and in original packaging, unworn, undamaged or blemished.

You MUST request a return by email at info@zizijewelry.com before returning your item(s), upon approval. We may request to see photo(s) of items prior to accepting returns.

Refunds will be made, once returned items have been received, to original method of payment.

Please give up to 14 business days for refund to hit your account, depending on your bank.If after 14 business days you do not receive your refund, please email us at info@zizijewelry.com.
